Akmalbek holds a degree from the University of Sussex (UK) and built his career at Ernst & Young, where he led audit engagements for major clients across energy, commodities, and financial services. With deep expertise in IFRS reporting, ISA compliance, and multi-jurisdictional audit work, he returned to Uzbekistan to offer the same institutional rigour at a scale accessible to local businesses.

Bekhzod graduated with a First Class Honours BSc in Finance from the University of Westminster (UK) and is an ACCA member — a globally recognised professional accounting qualification. At Deloitte he worked on statutory audits and financial advisory across banking, agriculture, and trading sectors. He leads Dynamic Audit's technical standards, quality review process, and client reporting.
